On occasion an item may be held up at a USPS sort facility/post office, this is a situation beyond my control. A reminder that delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. A 10% restocking fee may apply. **** Damaged Items**** Priority mail items with clear damage from the postal service may need to have a claim filed – I will no longer approve returns until I receive photos needed of the damage. Photos of the box, inner and outer, photos of any damage, are required for the claim. Buyer will receive refund when photos are received, buyer will also need to hold onto item, all boxes, all packaging as this may need to be returned for inspection at buyers local post office.
