By Louis De Gouy. There are recipes written on the blank pages at the back of the book. The inside is pretty clean. I didn’t see markings or excessive stains. Pages look wrinkly in the photos but it isn’t super obvious in person.
A nice touch is the illustrated signature from the artist on the title page.
